My Go-To Smoothie | Post-Workout Recovery 101

Cheers to post-workout recovery! I am a HUGE plant-based smoothie fan (I down one to two a day!) and always make one after crushing a workout. Why? They deliver easy-to-digest carbs and protein to both build and repair muscle, all while hydrating, satisfying your sweet tooth, etc. Not a fan of chugging? I dump mine into a bowl with fun toppings like goji berries, cacao nibs, rice puffs, nuts and more. Trickin' that brain one spoonful at a time!

My Go-To Shake:
8 oz. liquid
1 scoop protein powder
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 c. frozen cherries
ice cubes to preferred texture
