FAQs

how long is a session?

I prefer working with clients for an hour to ensure you can properly warm up, prime the core and other targeted muscles, challenge for 45+ minutes with a made-for-you routine and then finish with a cool down/dreamy stretch that will have you feeling better than when you walked in. Don’t have an hour to spare? I am happy to work with you to make sure you still make it to the train or hop on that conference call on time!

What should i expect?

Get ready to push yourself outside of your comfort zone, while having some fun along the way! I believe movement is medicine and that committing to a fitness routine is a journey, not a quick fix. So grab a water, towel and can-do attitude. It’s time to up your ante!

What if i have injuries?

Injuries aren’t fun. At all. That’s why I work with you and your wellness support team to program good-for-YOU movements to alleviate tension, strengthen surrounding areas and everything in between. We can ALWAYS modify! Safety and longevity are my upmost priorities as we work together.

what if i don’t have a gym?

I’ve trained clients seemingly everywhere from a dorm room to a hotel gym! No need for fancy equipment or a ton of space. I come with every dumbbell, kettlebell, resistance band, etc. we will need for a challenging session regardless of your situation. Not interested in working out at home? All good! We can take things outside, meet up somewhere that inspires you or get creative!

Is prior workout experience required?

Of course not! I work with all experience levels and meet each individual where they are in their fitness journey in a customized and attentive fashion. Exercise is not a one-size-fits-all experience. That’s why I pay special attention and care about your likes/dislikes, motivation and goals!
